We accept return requests for eligible products within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received. All original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, labels, and any promotional items included with the purchase must also be returned. Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, missing components, or altered in any way may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your package. To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the product and its packaging. Once we review the information provided, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or product-specific restrictions. Items that have been used, customized, personalized, specially ordered, or marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days after approval for the refunded amount to appear in your account. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, gift wrapping fees, and other non-refundable service charges are generally not eligible for reimbursement unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will gladly assist whenever inventory is available. If the requested replacement product is out of stock, we may offer a refund or another suitable alternative. Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipment.
